Rates
Our Hourly Rate:
$250 for initial intake/evaluation sessions
$175 per individual, couples, family sessions
$60 for 45 minutes individual session (self-pay)
$25 for 15 minutes of over time pass session time (self-pay)
$30 for consultation or 30 minute sessions (self-pay)
Reduced Rate
$100 for individual therapy 60 minutes- 53min in session
$150 for couples and family 60 minutes- 53min in session
Other Fees charged:
$100 for clinical consultation
$150 per hour for school or event clinical presentations
$150 for filling out forms
$450 an hour for court appearance, per hour
$50 if clinician has to drive to home/court/other agency
$50 if clinician has to coordinate with another provider
$3,000 for 504B evaluations
$800 for immigration evaluations
$75 for anger management and parenting classes (8 week class)
$50 for certificate and report
COURT MANDATED CASES
You are responsible for all charges. Payment is due at the time of service, no exceptions.
Be aware that it may take a few week to schedule an appointment if there are no current appointments available, however, our appointments are usually given within 48hrs
MB utilizes federal income guidelines to determine if a client qualifies for a sliding fee in certain circumstances
Self-Pay clients are required to leave a $50 deposit to secure their intake appointment
Starting September 1st, 2023, or no show/late-cancellation fee will be $100
